Due to our recent move to a fulfilment centre and courier return processes, refunds are now taking a little longer than previously. Please allow at least 10-14 working days for your refund to process. We thank you for your patience at this time. When contacting us about a return, please be sure to include you proof of postage/delivery in your e-mail address to help@diskokids.co.uk

Only unworn, unwashed merchandise is eligible to refund unless defective. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty. At this point, as a small company, we are unable to offer free returns. 

We do not offer exchanges, please send back your unwanted item(s) to the address below, and re-order the correct item(s).

Once your item is returned, you will receive a full refund (excluding postage paid).
