What payments do you accept?

We accept all major credit & debit cards, Klarna or regular account payments all through PayPal. 

How do I know what size to buy?

Please see the individual product pages for size guides which will give you measurements for each product. We also have a 'how it fits' tab which will give you more detailed fit information and model sizing.

Delivery

How much is postage for UK orders?  

Free Shipping on orders over £100

24hr Tracked - £7.00 - Monday - Thursday only, orders must be placed before Midnight and they will be despatched / processed the next day. 

Orders up to £40 - Royal Mail Standard Delivery - £2.95

Orders over £40 - £99.99 - Royal Mail Standard Delivery - £3.95 

Greetings Cards - Postage Royal Mail Standard Delivery- 95p

How much is postage for International orders?

Europe Up to 2KG

We are now shipping to Europe. Please be aware as we are based in the UK Customs Duty and VAT is not included within the cost of the item. You will be responsible for paying this on arrival of the goods into customs and the cost will vary from country to country. If these fees are not paid for and the items are returned to us, return shipping and any admin fees will be deducted from the refund. 

Economy Tracked - £15 

Rest Of the World Up to 2KG

Australia/New Zealand/USA/Canada

Please note delays in customs to Australia means some parcels are taking up to 4 weeks to arrive. As above you will be responsible for paying customs tax on arrival. 

Economy Tracked - £25.00 

Buyers are responsible for any customs and import taxes that may apply. Any delays due to customs are out of our control.

How long will my order take to arrive?

Unless you have selected 24 Hour Tracked service, please allow 2-5 days for processing and dispatch.

Orders placed before midday for 24 Hour Tracked will be despatched next day (Monday to Thursday only as we are closed weekends and Bank Holidays) 

We ship using a Royal Mail 48 hour tracked Service and whilst these do usually arrive within 2 days, we are experiencing delays of up to two weeks in certain areas. We are unable to chase delayed orders until 10 working days have passed (this does not include weekends) If your order still hasn't reached you after this time has passed, then please do get in touch at help@diskokids.co.uk and we will investigate this for you. 

Returns

What is your returns policy?

We happily accept returns and exchanges. Only unworn, unwashed merchandise is eligible to refund unless defective. Once your item is returned, you will receive a full refund (excluding postage).  At this point, we are unable to offer free returns.
