Please include your packing note in your return parcel. If you do not have your packing slip, please include a note and your order number so we can identify your return correctly.
Please allow at least 7-9 working days for your refund to process. When contacting us about a return, please be sure to include you proof of postage/delivery in your e-mail address to help@diskokids.co.uk
Only unworn, unwashed merchandise is eligible to refund unless defective. Please let us know if you mistakenly get makeup on any clothing. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty. At this point, as a small company, we are unable to offer free returns.

Shipping
How much is postage / shipping?
UK
Free Standard Shipping on orders over £125
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £3.95 on orders up to £40
Royal Mail Tracked 48 - £4.50 on orders between £40 -£124
Royal Mail Tracked 24 - £7 Order before 12pm Mon-Fri for SAME DAY despatch (excluding bank holidays). Orders placed after midday Friday will be posted Monday.
How Long Will My Order Take?
We ship using Royal Mail 48hr tracked service and these should arrive within 3-5 working days from despatch. Please note; for orders place after 12pm, shipping confirmation will follow the next day.
You may find our order confirmations are coming through later due to our move to a fulfilment centre. Please rest assured your order is on its way.
Orders placed on a Friday (after 12pm) and Saturday will be shipped Monday
Orders placed on a Sunday will be shipped Tuesday.
Please note some postcodes are excluded for delivery timescales of 24hr tracked service as detailed on Royal Mails website here.
International Orders
Europe Up to 2KG
We are now shipping to Europe.
We ship to the following countries DDP, so customs and duty are paid in advance and your order is delivered direct to your door:
Austria, Cyprus, France, Germany, Ireland, Luxembourg (up to £150), Malta, Netherlands, Norway, Portugal, Sweden, Switzerland
Orders up to £75 - £20
Orders £75 - £150 - £25
Orders Over £150 - £30
If you are shipping to a country not in these zones you will be responsible for paying customs and duties on arrival of the goods into customs and the cost will vary from country to country. If these fees are not paid for and the items are returned to us, return shipping and any admin fees will be deducted from the refund.
Rest of Europe Economy Tracked – £15
Royal Mail delivery aim is 3-5 working days but please allow 10 days before getting in touch with us
Rest Of the World Up to 2KG
USA - Paused due to changes in import duty
Rest of World Economy Tracked - £20
Royal Mail delivery aim is 5-7 working days but please allow 14 days before getting in touch with us
