We ship to the following countries DDP, so customs customs and duty are paid in advance and your order is delivered direct to your door:

Orders up to £75 - £20 Orders £75 - £150 - £25 Orders Over £150 - £30
If you are shipping to a country not in these zones you will be responsible for paying customs and duties on arrival of the goods into customs and the cost will vary from country to country. Only unworn, unwashed merchandise is eligible to refund unless defective. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty. At this point, as a small company, we are unable to offer free returns.
