If you would like a garment / product sent directly to someone as a gift we can gift wrap and add a handwritten note to the order.
Gift wrapped orders will be sent it in one of our black gift boxes & the garment wrapped in white tissue.
Please make sure you add the correct address and the message you'd like to the notes on the order.
Needs to be a secret? If you want your parcel to be in unbranded packaging please email help@diskokids.co.uk with your order number and request.
We do not add invoices in the parcels.

RETURNS
Please allow at least 7-9 working days for your refund to process. When contacting us about a return, please be sure to include you proof of postage/delivery in your e-mail address to help@diskokids.co.uk
Only unworn, unwashed merchandise is eligible to refund unless defective. Please note that due to hygiene reasons, we are unable to accept returns on earrings unless faulty. At this point, as a small company, we are unable to offer free returns.
