As a small business we are still trying to navigate our way through all the new Brexit rules and regulations, because of this we have put a pause on sending orders to EU whilst we figure things out.   

How Long Will My Order Take?

We currently work on a 1-2 day turnaround with orders usually arriving a day after shipping but the guidance that we are receiving from Royal Mail is to allow up to ten working days for delivery. If your order doesn't arrive within this time-frame, please do get in touch. Jewelry and orders £40+ will be sent via a Royal Mail Signed For service so please do be aware you will need to be home to sign for this. 

Returns

We happily accept returns. Only unworn, unwashed merchandise is eligible to refund unless defective. Once your item is returned, we will refund your payment less shipping costs.

Queries on return requests should be directed to help@diskokids.co.uk - We will get back to you as soon as possible.

Due to hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on jewellery unless defective.

As we can’t hold the stock please can you order the correct size and send the one you’d like to return to.
