Festival Looks You'll Want To Wear Again
Summer is getting closer (though it may not feel like it yet), which means it will soon be our favourite time of year - festival season!
Deciding what to wear for a festival can be both the most fun part of the planning and the most stressful, after all this is the UK - who knows what the weather will throw at us. Coupled with 'festival fashion' guides often aimed at 20 somethings or pieces we would never wear outside of the event's gates it can definitely lead to last minute panic buying and money spent on all the wrong things.
This is where we come in... in the first of a few festival style blogs, we are taking a look at great pieces that are worth the investment, that you can mix into your existing wardrobes and enjoy whether you are off to Glasto for the weekend or your local jazz festival for the day (shoutout to Moseley Jazz festival that takes place every year here in Birmingham).
Here's to a fun Summer of music!

All Weather Separates
Mixing metallic neutrals with fun pops of colour is guaranteed to instantly give festival cool while keeping just enough of the practical to account for the odd bit of drizzle. Bright outerwear can be layered and worn with jeans all year round and of course the metallics are just as great in Winter as they are in Summer.

Take a look at our range of Leopard print bags, this one is the oversized crossbody so perfect for holding what you need for the day plus that extra layer.
Disco Chic
It can just take one statement piece to totally transform an outfit and give it that funky festival edge. This look has used gold accessories to give a super cool and quirky vibe. The tassel cape can go over vests, tshirts, denim shirts and even jackets so can be worn in various weather types and would be beautiful in Winter with an all black look. Body glitter goes so well with this look too and there are many eco friendly options out there too.

Colour Block Layering
One thing it is almost guaranteed we will need at a festival is easy to layer pieces for when we go from day to night or sun to cloud. It's always nice to have a bit of colour at a festival but colour we love and will wear again, which this outfit does perfectly. We love a stripe tee and denim in the warmer months - long skirts are a great option for coverage but wearing something other than the every day jeans.
A crossbody bag is also a must and once you own one it'll be hard to wear another style!
